Corrosive internal environments with high humidity, causing condensation, and pollutants generated within the building can also affect neighbouring buildings. These include:

• covered swimming pools;
• fertiliser works;
• meat works;
• animal sheds or shelters;
• pulp and paper manufacturing; and
• vehicle exhaust fumes.
