What do I get for my Membership?

The majority of New Zealand’s roll forming companies belong to the NZ Metal Roofing Manufacturers Inc. The association is involved in a wide-range of activities on behalf of the industry and its members and is entirely focused on the manufacture of articles made from metal coil as opposed to the manufacture of other types of metal roofing and cladding products.

Membership provides exclusive access to information and assistance on such things as warranties, keep dry labels, industry training and the Code of Practice.

NZMRM is also currently involved in research on cost advantages of lightweight versus heavyweight roofing, cladding related standards, paper underlays, zinc run off from roofing, and a host of other industry related matters.

The association acts as an industry voice when dealing with Standards NZ, BRANZ, and Department of Building & Housing (formerly BIA), as well as local and central Government agencies

The association has now published seven editions of its official magazine "Scope". This high quality publication is focused on the promotion of metal roofing and cladding, and its three issues annually concentrate on the industry's success stories.

The NZ Metal Roofing Manufacturers Inc also has a close working relationship with the Roofing Association of New Zealand (RANZ) and the Cladding Institute to help further the industry's objectives.
